Dar Enouina provides accommodation, transfers, and excursions in Fes, Morocco. These Terms govern the use of our website and services, including reservations made directly, via WhatsApp, or through third-party booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com).
2. Reservations & Payments
Reservations can be made in three ways:
- Directly through our website (soon).+
- By contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
- Through trusted booking partners such as Booking.com.
Prices are displayed in the local currency (Moroccan Dirham, MAD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms depend on the booking method: some may require advance payment, others payment at the property.
Guests are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in: from 13:00 to 22:00
Check-out: until 12:00 (noon)
Late check-in/out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary depending on the type of booking and room selected.
For direct or WhatsApp bookings, please contact us at least 2 days before arrival to request cancellation.
Refunds (if applicable) will follow the same payment method used during booking.
5. Guest Responsibilities
By staying at Dar Enouina, guests agree to:
- Treat the property, staff, and other guests with respect.
- Follow the house rules (quiet hours, no parties/events, no smoking indoors, no pets).
- Comply with Moroccan law, including providing valid identification at check-in.
- Be financially responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Dar Enouina is not responsible for personal injury, theft, loss of belongings, or damages arising during your stay, except where required by law.
Guests are encouraged to have travel insurance.
For excursions and transfers, Dar Enouina acts with due care but is not liable for delays, accidents, or force majeure events beyond our control.
7. Use of Website & Communication Channels
Content on our website (text, images, design) is protected by copyright and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Guests may also use WhatsApp for inquiries, reservations, or special requests. Communication through WhatsApp is treated with the same confidentiality as email.
We may provide links to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available on our website.
